Ordering & refunds

How ordering works

Bank transfer, card or PayPal, arranged directly after your order is confirmed on WhatsApp. No payment is ever taken through this website.

Deposits on made-to-order pieces

Bouquets over BS$100 are made to order and require a 50 percent deposit to confirm. The balance is due on collection or delivery.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice receive a 50 percent refund of the deposit. Inside 48 hours, materials are already committed and deposits are not refundable. Finished candles are not returnable once collected, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Collection and delivery

Collection and delivery in Nassau, arranged per order on WhatsApp. Off-island shipping is quoted case by case.

Prices

All prices in Bahamian dollars. BSD and USD trade one to one. Prices shown on this site are the full price for the size listed. Nothing is added at the end.

Candle safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended, never burn near anything that can catch, and keep candles away from children and pets. Burn on a heat-safe surface, away from draughts.
