Yes. Every candle is hand-poured in Nassau, in small batches. Nothing is bought in and relabelled.
Coconut soy. It burns slower and cleaner than paraffin, holds scent better, and does not leave soot on your walls or ceiling.
Message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the scent and the size, and we will confirm what is in stock, the total, and how to collect or receive it. There is no checkout on this site on purpose, so nothing is ever oversold.
Bank transfer, card or PayPal, arranged directly once your order is confirmed. All prices are in Bahamian dollars, and BSD and USD trade one to one.
Yes. Bouquets over BS$100 are made to order, so a 50 percent deposit confirms the build and the date. The balance is due on collection or delivery.
Cancel with at least 48 hours notice and 50 percent of your deposit is refunded. Inside 48 hours the flowers and wax are already committed, so the deposit is not refundable.

It depends on the size and how you burn it. The first burn matters most: let the wax pool reach the edge of the vessel before you put it out, and trim the wick to about a quarter inch each time. Done that way, a candle burns evenly to the bottom instead of tunnelling.
Sometimes. Message us. Custom scents usually need a minimum quantity and a few weeks, and we will tell you honestly if it is not going to work.
